Job summary

You will be involved across administration, vendor coordination, events, logistics, and internal projects, gaining hands-on responsibility and a chance to influence how we work.

You will organize invoices, prepare reports, coordinate meetings, manage office supplies, and liaise with IT and maintenance.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in administration, operations, coordination, or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Organise vendor invoices and coordinate with Finance for payments.
• Prepare, maintain digital documents, reports, and filing systems.
• Coordinate meeting rooms, virtual meetings, agendas, and minutes.
• Manage office supplies and stationery inventory.
• Coordinate with IT, cleaning, maintenance, and other service providers.
• Maintain spreadsheets and databases, including inventory logs and vendor trackers.
• Draft internal memos and announcements and meeting recaps.
• Assist with event setup and teardown during peak periods.
