Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Permit Declarant Officer for a 3-month contract in Singapore, based in Paya Lebar. The role handles customs declarations and import/export documentation, with a 9:00am–6:00pm schedule, Monday to Friday, for a contract through December.

You will review supplier invoices, apply for Letters of Credit when needed, and ensure accurate, timely submission of declarations, with emphasis on compliance and attention to detail.

Qualifications

NITEC in Supply Chain, Business Administration or equivalent.
Experience in import/export, 3PL, supply chain or logistics advantageous.
Customs Competency Test for Declarants certification an advantage.
Preferably 2 years of relevant experience.
Good communication and language proficiency.

Responsibilities

Handle customs functions and permit declarations, including customs duty permit applications.
Review supplier pricing, invoices and trade-related documentation for accuracy.
Apply for and process Letters of Credit where required.
Support import/export and logistics documentation in accordance with relevant requirements.
Verify information and ensure accurate and timely submission of declarations.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
