Job summary

Paperspace is seeking a reliable Temporary Workplace Operations Assistant to provide short-term on-site support for the coworking and workplace operations in Singapore. The role covers day-to-day operations, tenant assistance, and basic administrative tasks during the assignment period.

Assignment runs from 21 October to 2 November 2026, onsite at National Design Centre, Singapore. Working hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a 1-hour break, and a total of 8 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of the coworking and workplace environment
• Attend to tenants, visitors, and general enquiries
• Provide front desk and basic administrative support
• Monitor common areas and ensure the workplace remains presentable and operational
• Monitor pantry items, office supplies, and other workplace essentials
• Coordinate and report basic facilities or maintenance concerns
• Assist with simple documentation, coordination, and operational follow-ups
• Escalate urgent or unresolved matters to the relevant Paperspace team member
• Support handover and continuity of ongoing workplace matters during the assignment period
