TEMP-TEAM PTE LTD is hiring for a Part-time Sales Operations role in Singapore on a 6-month contract with immediate start. Work is on-site at Suntec with flexible hours: full-day (2x/week) or half-day (4x/week).

You will support the trading team with contracts, vendor registration, and administration, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Training is provided and junior level experience is not required.

Qualifikationen

• Junior level, no prior experience required; training will be provided.

Aufgaben

• Prepare purchase and sales contracts using approved templates.
• Check contracts against commercial terms: price, quantity, specs, payment terms, shipping schedules.
• Send contracts to counterparties and follow up on signatures; maintain signed copies.
• Assist with vendor registration: collect documents, check completeness, submit applications.
• Prepare and check shipping documents: invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, origin certificates.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to obtain documents.
• Track contract signing, vendor registration and shipping deadlines.
• Maintain organized records of contracts, vendor docs, shipments and payments.
• Update shipment trackers and enter transaction details into company systems.
• Arrange courier dispatch and handle original documents securely.
• Provide routine administrative support and maintain confidentiality of commercial information.
• Monitor AR and Advance Payments.
