Job summary

Skills and Workforce Development Agency seeks a Temp Manager to support the Incentives Management Division in administering the SkillsFuture Level-Up Training Allowance and Workfare Skills Support programs. Qualifications

• Up to 5 years of relevant work experience in grants, operations or system development.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in systems and design thinking methodologies.
• Ability to work independently, within a team, and across teams.
• Good interpersonal relationship skills and adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, including stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation applications.
• Knowledge of SkillsFuture Grants and Continuous Education Training (CET) and industry experience are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handling of appeals from members of the public requiring investigation and coordination with stakeholders.
• Perform quality checks on outsourced service partner including sampling checks to ensure service provider adheres to SOPs and complies with processing and policy requirements.
• Assist officer to implement enhancements to the Training Allowance System (TAS).
• Assist in the review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and issue work instructions.
• Support stakeholder engagement activities with training providers and other partners.
• Assist with data extraction, collation, and basic analysis to support reporting and operational needs.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.
