Ling Kwang Home for Senior Citizens is seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Finance Assistant to support the Finance Department on a three-month contract basis. You will assist in stock counts, asset verification, tagging, and data entry to ensure accurate inventory and fixed asset records.

The role involves coordinating with departments, preparing reports, and performing ad hoc finance tasks. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and training will be provided.

Qualificações

• Diploma or equivalent in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; internship experience accepted.
• Proficient with Excel and MS Office.
• Detail-oriented with accurate data recording.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in physical stock counts and inventory verification.
• Verify fixed assets against asset register and tag assets.
• Reconcile counts with accounting records and prepare reports.
• Enter data into accounting/asset management systems.
• Coordinate access to inventory and assets with departments.
• Support ad hoc finance and administrative tasks.
