Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Woodlands, Singapore, seeks a Finance Support assistant on a 3 months contract. You will process day-to-day AP and AR, support banking operations, and assist with GST filings.

You'll track invoices, maintain the fixed asset listing, and help with the month-end close. No prior experience is required as training will be provided and the role runs Mon-Fri, 8.30am–6pm.

Qualifications

• Min A'Levels/Diploma in any field.
• No experience required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Process day-to-day AP and AR transactions accurately and on time.
• Support daily finance and banking operations, including preparing payment uploads and assisting with query resolution.
• Assist in preparing documentation for GST and other statutory filings.
• Track outstanding invoices and follow up with customers/vendors under guidance.
• Update and maintain the fixed asset listing.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist in ensuring proper filing and documentation in line with accounting standards.
• Provide HR and general administrative support.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
