Job summary

THE HR ECOLOGY PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a temporary IT support assistant for a two-week stint at Suntec. You will handle IT requests via phone, email, chat, and walk-ins, and troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, password, connectivity, and hardware issues. You will document resolutions and escalate complex problems as needed.

Efficiency, clear communication, and the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical users are essential. Duration is from 2 December to 24 December.

Qualifications

• Familiar with Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory basics, and remote desktop tools.
• Basic hardware troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Able to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
• Available to commit for the full duration.

Responsibilities

• Handle IT support requests via phone, email, chat, and walk-ins.
• Troubleshoot password, connectivity, software, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and hardware issues.
• Record issues and resolutions accurately.
• Escalate complex issues to relevant support teams.
• Provide updates and support to users.
• Provide standby support for scheduled meetings.
• Support basic iPhone configuration for Outlook, Teams, and other office apps.

Working Days: Monday - Friday (Ad-hoc - only when needed)

Working Hours: 9:00AM - 6:00PM

Pay: $20/hour
