• Check invoices and prepare payment and receipt documentation.
• Prepare payment vouchers and maintain accounts payable records.
• Generate invoices and follow up with customers and agents on outstanding payments.
• Maintain accounts receivable records and ensure they are updated accurately.
• Maintain cash book records and perform bank reconciliations.
• Enter and post accounting transactions using accounting software.
• Organise and maintain financial documents and transaction records.
• Assist with other accounting and administrative duties as required.
