Job summary

AIA Singapore is seeking a results-driven outbound telemarketing specialist to drive sales of AIA products via call centre and online channels. You will engage retail customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable solutions to help them meet individual and team quotas.

Ideal candidates will have 2–5 years of telemarketing or telesales experience in financial services, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Outbound call center and telemarketing experience within Financial Industry.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• BCP, PGI, HI certifications (non-mandatory).

About The Role

Responsible for maximising the sales of AIA products and services by selling directly to retail customers through infrastructures such as call centre (i.e. telemarketing) and online platform to meet individual / team quotas and AIA business objectives.

What You Will Do

• Perform telemarketing calls to leads provided by partners to achieve sales target
• Understanding the needs of the customers and recommend suitable products to them
• Convert leads provided by partner to sales through telemarketing activities
• Ensure call activities are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with the Quality standards

What We Require

• Obtained a minimum of 'O' Level or higher.
• Possess 2 - 5 years of prior outbound call centre and/or Telemarketing / Telesales experience within Financial Industry
• BCP, PGI, HI Certified (non-mandatory)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
