Job summary

Viswise Corporation Pte Ltd helps Singapore SMEs grow through government grant advisory and marketing services, including AI livestream selling and KOL campaigns. You will make outbound calls to SME owners, pitch our services, qualify interest, and book appointments for Business Consultants.

Strong communication in English is required and Mandarin is a plus. We offer full script training, a weekday-only schedule, and incentives for appointments that convert into signed clients.

Qualifications

• Comfortable speaking on the phone all shift, in English and ideally Mandarin
• Clear voice, patient, and not put off by a "no"
• Basic computer skills for logging calls
• Prior telemarketing, customer service, or sales experience is a plus but not required. We will train you.
• Students, homemakers are welcome

About Us

Viswise Corporation Pte Ltd helps Singapore SMEs grow on two fronts: government grant advisory, and marketing services such as AI livestream selling and KOL (influencer) campaigns. Most of our clients are business owners who have heard about grants or TikTok Live but do not know where to start. That first conversation is where you come in.

What You Will Do

• Make outbound calls to SME owners and decision-makers from lists we provide
• Introduce our grant advisory and marketing services in a short, clear pitch
• Qualify interest and book appointments for our Business Consultants
• Log call outcomes and follow-ups in our CRM
• Share feedback from the ground so we can tighten the script

What We Are Looking For

• Comfortable speaking on the phone all shift, in English and ideally Mandarin (many of our SME clients prefer it)
• Clear voice, patient, and not put off by a "no"
• Basic computer skills for logging calls
• Prior telemarketing, customer service, or sales experience is a plus but not required. We will train you.
