Job summary

Growth Engine Pte Ltdgrowthengine.asia in Singapore seeks the first dedicated sales hire to onboard more SME clients for marketing, AI solutions and overseas expansion.

You will receive provided leads, a base salary of SGD 3,500 plus commissions up to SGD 2,000 per project, aiming for 3–5 deals monthly. Realistic all-in monthly earnings are SGD 9,500–13,500, with upside as you help shape the sales playbook and growth of the team.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales of B2B services to SMEs.
• Ability to close deals and hit monthly targets.
• Comfort with commission-based compensation.

Responsibilities

• Close provided leads and convert to customers.
• Develop sales playbook and contribute to team growth.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Commission:Up to SGD $2,000 / project signed & paid(Expecting 3-5 projects a month for a good closer)
