Job summary

KIN Group is seeking a part-time telemarketing professional in Singapore to perform outbound calls using scripts and call lists. You will aim to set appointments, meet daily and weekly targets, and adhere to compliance guidelines with support and training provided.

We offer a pay rate of S$10 per hour plus a bonus of S$5 per attended appointment. Flexible working hours are discussed, with a 2pm–5pm daily window and a minimum 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in telemarketing, sales or customer service (outbound preferred). Training will be provided.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively over the telephone.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to identify and respond to objections professionally.
• Confident, persuasive and self-motivated with a genuine interest in sales.
• Ability to work independently while meeting performance targets and KPIs.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a telemarketing, sales or customer service role, preferably in an outbound sales environment, NO EXPERIENCE ARE WELCOME! Training will be provided
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively over the telephone
• Strong listening skills and the ability to identify and respond to objections professionally
• Confident, persuasive and self-motivated personality with a genuine interest in sales
• Ability to work independently whilst maintaining focus on performance targets and KPIs
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications
• Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills
• A results-oriented mindset with resilience in handling rejection and maintaining positivity
• Fluency in English and/or other relevant languages is advantageous

Requirements

• Able to commit at least 3 days per week (Choose between Monday to Friday)
