Job summary

Singapore Commercial Credit Bureau Pte. Ltd. is seeking a telemarketing associate to perform outgoing calls for survey data collection and to provide exceptional customer service. You will work three days a week, 9am–6pm, Monday, Tuesday and Friday, at our Singapore office.

The role emphasizes clear communication, adherence to project guidelines, and accurate record-keeping. Multilingual abilities are advantageous and desired in a dynamic call-center environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum N/O/A, ITE, or Diploma in any field with at least 2 years of telemarketing experience.
• Experience working in telemarketing or call center environments.
• Ability to speak additional languages beyond English is an advantage.

Job Summary

• 3 days work from 9am to 6pm (Monday, Tuesday & Friday)
• Hourly rate between $15 to $17
