Job summary

Persol Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Telecommunications/LAN engineer to support deployment of network infrastructure. You will conduct site surveys, readiness checks and support installation, commissioning and maintenance of network equipment.

Responsibilities include alarm verification, fault analysis, UAT support, and documentation. Mandarin fluency is essential for coordination with the China HQ team, and occasional travel to customer sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/Electrical & Electronic/Telecommunications or related field.
• Experience in telecom, 5G deployment, site surveys, testing and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP and routing protocols (OSPF/EIGRP).
• Proficiency in Mandarin for cross-border communication with China stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and deployment of telecom and network projects.
• Conduct site surveys, readiness checks and technical assessments.
• Assist installation, commissioning and maintenance of network equipment.
• Perform network alarm verification, fault analysis and troubleshooting.
• Support network testing and UAT, including documentation.
• Coordinate IP/transmission network planning and deployment.
• Prepare technical reports and project documentation.
• Coordinate with customers, subcontractors and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Provide remote and on-site support; participate in standby duties.
• Collaborate with China HQ team in Mandarin for stakeholders and officers
