Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled network engineer to provide post-sales technical support for Huawei enterprise networking solutions in Singapore.

You will troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize networks, support design and deployment activities, and prepare technical documentation. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE/Telecom, CCNA/HCIA certification, and Mandarin proficiency. Hands-on IP routing, switching, WLAN, SDN, and security knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/Telecommunication or related fields.
• CCNA or HCIA certification required.
• Proficiency in Mandarin for cross-border collaboration.
• Experience with WDM/OTN and optical transmission.
• Experience with Python and network automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-sales technical support for Huawei enterprise networking solutions.
• Support design and implementation of network solutions for customers and channel partners.
• Participate in network project implementations including site surveys, installation, configuration, and testing.
• Prepare technical documents and test reports.
• Conduct technical presentations and PoC demonstrations for customers and partners.
• Collaborate with regional and HQ teams to deliver projects and resolve issues.
• Communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders in China HQ team.
