Job summary

Lucky Joint Construction Pte Ltd is seeking a project coordinator/manager to lead projects from planning through delivery in Singapore. You will coordinate with stakeholders, leverage project management software, and guide the team to meet objectives and quality standards.

The role requires a diploma, a Class 3 driver's license, and a commitment to a 5.5-day work week, with strong written and spoken English skills. Telecom knowledge is a plus for this position.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent required.
• Class 3 Driver's License is required.
• Able to commit to a 5.5-day work week.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Technical knowledge in the telecommunication industry is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage project through designated project management software
• Communicate with key stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives
• Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems
• Source and request for quotations from suppliers to ensure price competitiveness
• Submission of weekly and monthly reports
• Manage customer's expectations on the projects
• Manage the delivery of the project accordingly
• Assign duties or responsibilities to project personnel
• Monitor the performance of project team members to provide performance feedback
• Utilize industry best practice, techniques, and standards throughout the project execution
• Submit project deliverables to clients, ensuring adherence to quality standards
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
