Job summary

Service Communication International Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a telecom project coordinator to support delivery from inception to handover. You will report to the Project Manager and coordinate with contractors, operators and stakeholders to ensure milestones are met and a smooth handover to end customers.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Telecommunications or EEE, 2+ years in Building telecom, strong English, MS Office and AutoCAD; IB Wave knowledge is a plus. Singaporeans only.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Telecommunications/Electrical and Electronics.
• Preferred at least 2 years in In-Building telecommunication industry.
• Good presentation and communication skills in English.
• Experience in Testing, Commissioning, Integrating, Supporting, Fault Analysis and Diagnosis of Telecom products and systems.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Able to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Report to Project Manager.
• Assist in overseeing the projects and ensure all milestones are met on time.
• Impose site audit on subcontractors' workmanship and deliverables quality on site to ensure smooth handover of site to end customers.
• Site acquisition.
• Site survey and report.
• In-Building design and proposal.
• Project implementation coordination with contractors, Mobile operators, Building, Building Management and Project Stakeholders.
• Network integration and testing.
• Radio Frequency troubleshooting & optimization.
• Acceptance Test Plan.
• Post-processed and analyse walk test result.
• As-Built Documentation.
• Attend to customer complaints and sales request.
• Provide support to other departments in terms of project aspects.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned globally.
