Job summary

TALENT FIRST PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT support professional to assist in telecommunication software project delivery, configuration, testing and integration. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.

You will provide L2/L3 support, perform system configurations and maintenance, and collaborate with teams and vendors to resolve complex technical issues. Prior telecom BSS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of at least one: MySQL, PL/SQL, Linux, Python or Shell Scripting.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience in telecommunication BSS projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support telecommunication software project delivery, system configuration, testing and integration.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 (L2/L3) technical support, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Perform system configuration, maintenance and upgrades to support business operations.
• Prepare test cases and conduct system testing across project phases.
• Coordinate with project teams, external partners and vendors on system integration and technical issues.
• Investigate technical problems and provide timely solutions to customers.
• Support other project-related tasks as assigned.
