Job summary

Whale Cloud Technology Co. seeks a Business Analyst to support telecommunications system projects and enhancements. You will translate business needs into functional requirements and assist testing, deployment and post-launch operations.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, preparing BRDs, analyzing CRM/billing processes and coordinating with architects, developers and testers across release cycles.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, CS, Engineering, Business or equivalent
• 3+ years in business analysis or IT solution delivery
• Experience with telecom BSS, CRM, billing, payments, collections or prepaid services
• Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements
• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, change requests and production releases
• Strong analytical, documentation and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements through stakeholders and workshops.
• Prepare BRDs, functional specs, process flows and solution documentation.
• Analyse telecom processes including CRM, billing, payments and prepaid services.
• Assess change requests and coordinate with solution architects, developers and testers.
• Review existing systems and support data migration planning and validation.
• Support SIT and UAT, including test scenario prep and defect tracking.
• Coordinate release activities, go-live readiness and post-implementation support.
• Investigate production issues and work with technical teams to restore operations.
• Maintain requirements traceability and project documentation.
