Job summary

ASIA SYNC NETWORK PTE. LTD. seeks an admin/sales support team member to capture daily sales data, process customer details, and maintain profiles in our RIMS system. You will handle multi-channel outreach while ensuring PDPA & DNC compliance and deliver timely follow-ups.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently, with potential incentives for high performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in admin/sales support preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word) and Outlook; WhatsApp exposure; Mac OS a plus.
• Detail-oriented, reliable and able to handle repetitive tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Record daily sales data accurately from transactions (about 500 cases/month).
• Blast promotional messages via WhatsApp/SMS/Telegram to housing agents following PDPA and DNC rules.
• Track and flag emails requiring replies; draft simple responses as needed.
• Fill up application forms with customer details from provided documents.
• Create customer profiles and upload documents to RIMS system.
• Assist with other admin tasks like basic reports or follow-up forms.
• Incentives for high accuracy or extra efficiency.
