Job summary

The candidate will help with onboarding documents, client records in Salesforce, and cross-functional coordination to optimize finance, reporting, and market insights.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Finance, or Business-related field is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales planning, negotiation, coaching, process management, finance, reporting, and compliance.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, decision-making, customer understanding, product management, and managing profitability.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Singapore local regulation compliance by liaising with authorities such as IMDA and align operations with HQ policies.
• Assist sales with preparing and managing agreements (NDA, MSA, MOU, LOI) and monitor order submissions.
• Support finance in coordinating payments, resolving billing issues, and verifying supplier invoices.
• Coordinate, manage, and prepare reports required by Sales, Inventory, and other departments.
• Monitor and track training/compliance requirements (HQ mandates, LinkedIn Learning, NPS surveys).
• Gather and analyze competitor information and market trends to support sales strategy.
• Coordinate with marketing and finance to align campaigns and promotions and ensure a seamless customer experience.
