Job summary

The Singapore Network Information Centre (SGNIC) Pte Ltd invites applications for an Assistant Manager / Manager to join our anti-scam initiative. You will own telco operator compliance, manage stakeholders, and support regulatory submissions to strengthen the DNS infrastructure in Singapore.

You will work with telcos and vendors to ensure service quality, prepare briefing papers, and act as an escalation point while maintaining professional public communications.

Qualifications

• Background in Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in telecom operations or vendor management.
• Experience in contract management or telco/vendor liaison roles will be a plus.
• Good stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Highly adaptable, able to learn and work independently and multi-task in a dynamic environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, anomalies, and insights from operational data to support informed decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monitoring of telco/vendor compliance, SLAs, and reporting requirements.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of records in the telco/vendor management database.
• Oversee the drafting and updating of SOPs, response templates, and documentation to ensure alignment across the team.
• Prepare briefing papers, presentations, and reports for management and regulatory submissions.
• Act as the escalation point for telcos, vendor, and internal stakeholders and to oversee public communications, including addressing public queries in a professional and timely manner.
