Job summary

Singtel in Singapore is seeking a dedicated professional to manage C4 resource planning and oversee system updates while effectively addressing customer escalations. The ideal candidate will have a degree in IT/Computer or relevant experience in telecom.

Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, Linux Scripting, and Python Programming is required, along with a commitment to innovation and teamwork. Comprehensive health benefits and ongoing training programs are available to support your development.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT/Computer or equivalent work experience in telecom, networking and IT.
• Knowledge in TCP/IP networking (including DNS/DHCP), SIP protocol, Linux knowledge and ISDN signalling.
• Able to use Linux Scripting, Python Programming, Pandas and Web-scraping.

Responsibilities

• Managing C4 resource planning and new connection to overseas partners.
• Support internal and external audit preparations and exercises for the system.
• Manage and implement system and security patches, as well as system updates.
• Address and resolve customer escalations effectively.
• Support SPF to prepare for special events, including drawer plan for emergency situations.
• Support SPF and IMDA blocking of calling number related spam or scam calls.
• Managing IMDA directive related to scam prevention and testing.
