PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced SDLC Governance leader to define and implement governance standards across requirements management, source control, testing, release management, CI/CD and deployment.

You will design automated controls and dashboards, embed governance into engineering workflows, and lead AI-assisted assurance activities, monitoring compliance and presenting risk insights to senior stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• 7–12 years of experience in SDLC Governance, DevSecOps, Software Quality Assurance, Technology Risk, Engineering Excellence, or related domains.
• Governance or control automation, compliance monitoring, enterprise SDLC toolchains, digital transformation, and AI-enabled initiatives.
• Experience in regulated environments with cross-functional transformation programs.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technology discipline.

Aufgaben

• Define, maintain, and continuously enhance SDLC governance standards, procedures, controls, guardrails, guides, and tool playbooks across requirements management, source code management, testing, release management, CI/CD, and production deployment.
• Design and implement automated governance controls, validation rules, dashboards, reporting, and continuous monitoring across SDLC toolchains, embedding controls into engineering workflows and reducing manual reviews.
• Lead responsible AI-assisted assurance activities, including evidence validation, compliance anomaly detection, risk identification, control-effectiveness assessment, governance insights, and process optimisation.
• Monitor control adherence, compliance exceptions, remediation effectiveness, quality metrics, and adoption trends.
• Develop governance metrics, reports, and executive dashboards to support continuous assurance and decision-making.
• Maintain the SDLC process asset repository and lifecycle, including review, approval, version control, publication, and retirement of standards, procedures, templates, playbooks, and control documents.
• Drive standardisation, process adoption, and audit readiness across technology and engineering functions.
• Support cross-functional governance transformation initiatives involving Engineering, DevSecOps, Architecture, Technology Risk, Information Security, Audit, and Data & AI teams.
• Present risk assessments, governance findings, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives and governance capability building across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Experience & Qualifications

• 7-12 years of experience in SDLC Governance, DevSecOps, Software Quality Assurance, Technology Risk, Engineering Excellence, or related domains.


• Proven experience in governance or control automation, compliance monitoring, enterprise SDLC toolchains, digital transformation, and AI-enabled initiatives.


• Experience working in regulated environments with strong knowledge of applicable regulatory standards and a demonstrated track record of leading cross-functional transformation programs.


• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technology discipline.


• Professional certifications such as COBIT, ITIL, CRISC, or CISA are preferred.
