Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an AI Project Office coordinator to support Technology Futures initiatives, engage users, and coordinate partner engagements in Singapore.

You will research AI tools, run outreach and training, and manage Copilot licensing and user support, while maintaining AI platforms and coordinating POC projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil service will be an advantage.
• Ability to compose clear and professional emails.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Project management capabilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (formerly known as Office 365).
