Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced governance professional to define and enhance SDLC standards, controls, and processes across engineering and security teams. You will design automated controls, implement dashboards, and lead AI-assisted assurance activities to ensure transparent, auditable decisions.

The role requires 7–12 years in SDLC governance, DevSecOps, and related domains, with a strong grasp of regulatory standards and transformation programs.

Qualifications

• 7-12 years of experience in SDLC Governance, DevSecOps, SQA, Technology Risk or related domains.
• Governance or control automation, compliance monitoring, enterprise SDLC toolchains, digital transformation, AI-enabled initiatives.
• Experience in regulated environments with knowledge of regulatory standards and cross-functional transformation programs.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technology discipline.
• Professional certifications such as COBIT, ITIL, CRISC, or CISA are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and enhance SDLC governance standards, controls, guides, and tool playbooks.
• Design automated governance controls, dashboards, and continuous monitoring across SDLC toolchains.
• Lead AI-assisted assurance activities with evidence validation and compliance analysis.
• Monitor adherence, exceptions, remediation, and quality metrics.
• Develop governance metrics, reports, and executive dashboards.
• Maintain SDLC process assets and lifecycle documents.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and continuously enhance SDLC governance standards, procedures, controls, guardrails, guides, and tool playbooks covering requirements management, source code management, testing, release management, CI/CD, and production deployment.


• Design and implement automated governance controls, validation rules, dashboards, reporting, and continuous monitoring across SDLC toolchains, while embedding controls into engineering workflows and reducing reliance on manual reviews.


• Lead responsible AI-assisted assurance activities, including evidence validation, compliance anomaly detection, risk identification, control-effectiveness assessment, governance insights, and process optimisation, ensuring decisions remain transparent, explainable, auditable, and compliant.


• Monitor control adherence, compliance exceptions, remediation effectiveness, quality metrics, and adoption trends.


• Develop governance metrics, reports, and executive dashboards to support continuous assurance and decision-making.


• Maintain the SDLC process asset repository and lifecycle, including the review, approval, version control, publication, and retirement of standards, procedures, templates, playbooks, and control documents.


• Drive standardisation, process adoption, and audit readiness across technology and engineering functions.


• Support cross-functional governance transformation initiatives involving Engineering, DevSecOps, Architecture, Technology Risk, Information Security, Audit, and Data & AI teams.


• Present risk assessments, governance findings, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.


• Promote continuous improvement initiatives and governance capability building across the organization.

Experience & Qualifications

• 7-12 years of experience in SDLC Governance, DevSecOps, Software Quality Assurance, Technology Risk, Engineering Excellence, or related domains.


• Proven experience in governance or control automation, compliance monitoring, enterprise SDLC toolchains, digital transformation, and AI-enabled initiatives.


• Experience working in regulated environments with strong knowledge of applicable regulatory standards and a demonstrated track record of leading cross-functional transformation programs.


• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technology discipline.


• Professional certifications such as COBIT, ITIL, CRISC, or CISA are preferred.
