Job summary

Radix is seeking a Technology Project Manager to lead complex initiatives across global teams in a challenging, fast-paced environment. You will estimate efforts, design solutions, and form project teams to deliver on time and within budget.

You will manage execution, mitigate risks, and maintain stakeholder satisfaction while driving profitable revenue and identifying new business opportunities with key clients.

Qualifications

• Advanced to fluent English with daily collaboration with global teams.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience developing commercial proposals for clients.
• Proven track record managing large-scale, high-value projects.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and managing project data.
• Solid understanding of software project lifecycle.
• Systems thinking and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in technical development of project proposals by estimating effort, defining solutions, and identifying the project team.
• Plan, manage, and monitor project execution to ensure delivery meets quality, schedule, and budget objectives.
• Proactively identify risks and issues, implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure project requirements are met and maintain client satisfaction.
• Maintain healthy revenue flow by optimizing cash flow and accelerating billings.
• Support development of new business opportunities with existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term partnership.
• Coach and mentor Project Coordinators.
• Oversee PMO and Project Planning teams and ensure compliance with processes.
