Job summary

Radix is seeking a Software Specialist to lead full-stack engineering teams and deliver scalable software solutions from concept through production deployment. The role focuses on architecture, frontend and backend development, and mentoring engineers in a dynamic, international environment.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate business needs into robust, secure systems, leveraging modern stacks including React, Python, and distributed architectures.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs and GraphQL APIs.
• Relational databases experience with SQL performance optimization.
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and modern software tooling.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for full-stack engineering teams and serve as the primary technical authority.
• Design, develop, and deliver software solutions from concept to production deployment.
• Define, review, and evolve scalable architectures and oversee code quality.
• Lead frontend and backend development and ensure performance and security standards.
• Mentor engineers and promote knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
