Job summary

ADECCO PERSONNEL PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Program Manager for a 12-month contract with a leading bank in Singapore. You will define the delivery plan, drive execution, and secure senior leadership buy-in across Singapore and regional teams.

The role requires navigating multi-stakeholder environments, translating technical details into strategic guidance, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation and governance updates to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of relevant program management experience.
• Proven effectiveness driving complex multi-stakeholder planning and cross-team programs.
• Ability to link technical work to strategic business goals.
• Strong data-driven decision making with stakeholder influence.
• Experience with risk assessments and governance updates.

Responsibilities

• Define the delivery plan and drive execution per strategy/roadmap (SG and regionally).
• Obtain buy-in/approval from senior management and stakeholders for planned execution.
• Foster collaboration across units/teams, including auditors, with technology and business teams.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, risks, and status reports.
• Ensure implementation actions and challenges are addressed effectively.
• Ensure deliverables quality and benefits realization in the business case.
• Lead and provide visibility on milestones via steering committees and governance.
• Develop agendas, organize cadence, and maintain materials (minutes, discussions).
• Support performance management by designing and tracking the Technology scorecard.
