Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Technology Contract Specialist to provide end-to-end contract support. You will draft, review, and monitor IT contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely renewals while strengthening governance across the Singapore office.

You will serve as the subject matter expert on outsourcing, vendor management, and third-party risk, aligning contract terms with MAS guidelines and corporate policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology with 5+ years in project and vendor contract management.
• Deep knowledge of MAS Guidelines, outsourcing and third-party risk in banking.
• Experience in IT projects and service agreements with vendor management in banking.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong contract drafting and documentation capabilities.

About the job Technology Contract Specialist

• Provide comprehensive support in drafting, reviewing, managing, and monitoring contracts to ensure accuracy, compliance with regulations and policies, timely execution and renewals, and effective governance across the Singapore office.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on outsourcing processes by implementing and enhancing vendor contract management, governance, performance evaluation, and due diligence in alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel or analytical tools to generate actionable insights on contract and vendor performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Information Technology., withover 5 years of experience managing projects and vendor contracts, ensuring alignment with industry practices and regulatory requirements
• Possess deep knowledge of MAS Guidelines, outsourcing and third-party risk management in banking, and strong expertise in contract management and commercial terms
• Experienced in IT projects and service agreements with strong knowledge of IT trends, vendor management in banking, and excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong contract drafting and documentation capabilities.
