Job summary

Ambition seeks a Business Solutions Manager to bridge business needs with regional/global Technology & Digital teams. You will translate market requirements into technology roadmaps, manage end-to-end projects and drive adoption of enterprise applications across Singapore and Southeast Asia.

The role covers Retail, Digital, Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Marketing, CRM, E-commerce and Corporate Systems, with a focus on automation, low-code/no-code, and AI to improve efficiency and value.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of IT Business Solutions/PM/BA experience.
• Proven ability to partner with business stakeholders in global organisations.
• Experience delivering end-to-end technology projects across multiple markets.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise applications across Retail, Digital and Corporate functions.
• Exposure to automation, low-code/no-code platforms and AI technologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets and multiple priorities.

Our client is a leading retail organization seeking a Business Solutions Manager to lead technology business partnering, application delivery and digital transformation across Singapore and key Southeast Asian markets.

This role will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and regional/global Technology & Digital teams, translating market needs into technology roadmaps, managing end-to-end projects and driving adoption of enterprise applications.

The role will cover a broad technology landscape across Retail, Digital, Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Marketing, CRM, E-commerce and Corporate Systems, while identifying opportunities to improve business processes through automation, low-code/no-code solutions and AI.

• Partner with business stakeholders across Singapore and export markets to understand requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions.
• Develop and manage the market technology roadmap, aligned with regional and global technology strategies.
• Lead end-to-end technology and digital projects, managing timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations.
• Drive change management, communication and user adoption to ensure successful implementation and sustained business value.
• Manage key Retail, Digital and Corporate applications, including POS, CRM, E-commerce, ERP, WMS, HRIS and BI platforms.
• Coordinate application enhancements, integrations, issue resolution and escalations with regional/global technology teams.
• Identify opportunities to leverage automation, AI and low-code/no-code solutions to improve processes and operational efficiency.
• Ensure local technology solutions comply with architecture, cybersecurity, data privacy, risk and regulatory requirements.Partner with business stakeholders across Singapore and export markets to understand requirements, shape the technology roadmap and deliver solutions aligned with regional and global strategies. Lead technology and digital projects end-to-end, including stakeholder management, planning, budgets, risks, change and adoption. Oversee key Retail, Digital and Corporate applications such as POS, CRM, E-commerce, ERP and WMS, while coordinating enhancements, integrations and issue resolution. Identify opportunities to leverage automation, AI and low-code/no-code solutions to improve processes and efficiency, and manage relevant technology vendors, budgets and commercial activities.

What You’ll Bring

• At least 10 years of experience in IT Business Solutions, Business Analysis, Project Management, Technology Consulting or a similar role.
• Strong experience partnering with business stakeholders and delivering technology solutions in complex, global organisations.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end technology projects and change initiatives across multiple markets.
• Strong understanding of enterprise applications across Retail, Digital and Corporate functions.
• Experience with technologies such as POS, CRM, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, ERP, WMS, HRIS, BI and/or AI solutions.
• Exposure to automation, low-code/no-code platforms and emerging AI technologies.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, influencing and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Retail experience is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related discipline. PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
