Job summary

Wilson Parking (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Technician to support day-to-day troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of car park systems at our sites in Singapore. You will diagnose breakdown problems, replace parts, and coordinate with contractors, suppliers and customers to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires a Diploma in Electrical Engineering, a valid driving license, and a collaborative team approach to resolve onsite issues and document maintenance activities.

About the role

A Technician role focused on day-to-day troubleshooting, diagnosing breakdown problems, and enhancing servicing on car park systems. You will upkeep and perform preventive maintenance of parking equipment, replacement of parts and components at car park sites, and provide technical support to resolve issues with contractors, suppliers, vendors and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Day-to-day troubleshooting, diagnosing breakdown problems, enhance servicing on car park systems




• Upkeep and perform preventive maintenance of parking equipment, replacement of parts and components at car park sites




• Co-ordinate and follow-up projects on site




• Resolving technical issues with contractors, suppliers, vendors and customers




• Involve in start-up works of new car parks and handing over of car parks. Example termination of telephone lines, arrange with contractor to install / remove signs, co-ordinates with contractors to install / dismantle of equipment




• Provide technical support and troubleshooting of car park equipment




• Documentation of maintenance and repair works, purchases, testing records




• Initiate purchase requisition for spare parts, consumable items and works orders

About you

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering background or its equivalent




• Possess a valid driving license




• Experience in technical troubleshooting, support and maintenance




• Must be able to work in a team environment
