Job summary

The Executive Centre SGP PTE. LIMITED, Singapore, is seeking a Facilities Technician to perform routine maintenance, repair office furniture, replace light fixtures, and service air conditioning to keep environments safe and comfortable.

You will inspect, troubleshoot, and document work orders, source replacement parts as needed, and collaborate with the Operations Manager to address members' issues with a hands-on, customer‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Vocational Training or Technical Diploma completed.
• Minimum 5 years of technical maintenance, servicing and repairs.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Hands-on approach with good analytical skills in facilities repairs and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance: Performing routine checks and upkeep to prevent breakdowns.
• Repair: Diagnosing and fixing issues to restore equipment to working order.
• Inventory: Managing and maintaining inventory of tools and spare parts.
• Troubleshooting: Identifying the root cause of problems.
• Documentation: Keeping records of work performed, including test results, repairs, and maintenance activities.

Position Description:

A facilities technician performs routine maintenance. This can include activities like repairing office furniture, replacing light fixtures, painting maintaining air conditioning and basic servicing. They ensure that all systems are working seamlessly to provide a safe and comfortable environment.

Technicians inspect, analyze, and troubleshoot systems and equipment. They run tests and interpret the results to make the effectivere commendations to fix faulty or broken equipment. When necessary during repairs, they will source replacement parts and costs.
