Job summary

iHub Solutions Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain warehouse equipment, conveyors, and related systems. You will install racks, coordinate with vendors, and support business projects on site.

You should have a technical Diploma, strong troubleshooting, and a safety mindset. Fresh graduates welcome; driving license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Recognized technical qualification in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics Engineering (Diploma or equivalent).
• Demonstrates both theoretical understanding and hands‑on maintenance knowledge.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Good communication and ability to coordinate with vendors and warehouse ops.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain warehouse equipment and related systems.

Job Scope:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain warehouse equipment, material handling equipment, transport vehicles, office equipment, and facility systems and other related equipment.

• Install, modify, inspect, and maintain warehouse racking and shelving systems to support operational requirements.

• Carry out on‑site installation and setup of fixtures and equipment for business projects.

• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize operational downtime and ensure equipment availability.

• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and servicing.

• Maintain accurate maintenance records and service documentation.

• Monitor and manage spare parts inventory and maintenance supplies.

• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with workplace safety policies and occupational health and safety regulations.

• Implement engineering best practices to improve equipment reliability and maintenance processes.

Requirements

• Recognized Technical Qualification for Electrical/Mechanical/ Electronics Engineering, Diploma or equivalent.

• Demonstrates both theoretical understanding and hands‑on application of engineering and maintenance principles.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.

• Good attention to detail with a strong commitment to workplace safety.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with warehouse operations and external vendors.

• Able to prioritize tasks, work independently, and manage multiple maintenance requests.

• Good to have a valid Class 3 Driving Licence.
