Job summary

NIPPON SANSO SINGAPORE LTD is seeking a production operator to support filling operations in our Singapore plant. You will handle filling for Cylinders, Pallets and Tube Trailers, perform inspections, and ensure accurate production records are kept.

You will also contribute to maintenance activities, inventory management, and quality checks on materials and outputs, while following safety policies and working weekend/public holidays as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Higher NITEC education in Chemical Process Technology or its equivalent in science discipline.
• At least 1-2 years' relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform filling for vessels such as Cylinders, Pallets and Tube Trailers.
• Conduct all necessary work (Inspection, Vacuuming, Venting, etc) before and after filling.
• Accurately update filling records and production reports.
• Perform corrective & preventive maintenance of equipment within the Plant.
• Work with management team to implement preventive maintenance and schedule calibration of plant equipment.
• Manage raw material stock to ensure optimum stock for operation and meet customer demand.
• Prepare and generate inventory reports to ensure inventory accuracy.
• To conduct quality checks on incoming raw materials as well as outgoing products to ensure quality compliance.
• Able to handle analysis tools or equipment such as GCs or Analyzer.
• Able to adhere to company safety policies and standards i.e. wearing of PPE, Company Safety rules and regulations etc,
• Able to perform duty on weekends and public holidays as and when required.
• Authorized to stop work and report any unsafe acts or conditions, and ensure compliance with all applicable Health and Safety regulations and procedures
• Adhere to established quality, environmental protection, health and safety policies and procedures.
