Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) seeks a manufacturing support role to assist the Production Supervisor in achieving targets while upholding safety, health and environmental standards. Responsibilities include coordinating start-up/shut-down, performing quality checks and light maintenance, and participating in emergency response activities.

The ideal candidate holds a GCE O level with credits or NITEC, is comfortable with rotating shifts, and works well in a team with initiative.

Qualifications

• GCE O level with credits in Science/Technical subjects or NITEC (NTC 2) is required.
• Willing to perform rotating shift work.
• Team player with initiative, drive and commitment; able to handle pressure and communicate well.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in plant commissioning, start-up, shut down and production activities to facilitate safe and smooth manufacturing operations.
• Undertake production operations, quality checks and minor plant maintenance to meet production schedule, product quality and cost objectives.
• Perform field inspection/patrol, sample collection and data recording to support plant reliability and efficiency.
• Participate in Emergency Response Team with involvement in emergency training and execution of emergency countermeasures.
• Comply with Health, Safety & Environment policy and participate in HSE activities to strengthen workplace safety and environmental protection.

You will join the Manufacturing Section equipped with latest manufacturing technology and advanced engineering control, and assist the Production Supervisor in accomplishing manufacturing targets and workplace safety, health & environmental standards.
