Job summary

BIOSENSORS INTERVENTIONAL TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a production technician to maintain equipment and support process issues in manufacturing.

You will operate and adjust machines, perform daily production tasks, and uphold GMP, GDP and quality standards across the line. Cornerstone responsibilities include line clearance, equipment qualification checks, and maintaining clean, documented records. Qualifications

• Nitec or Diploma in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years related work experience is an advantage.
• Good mechanical or industrial aptitude and knowledge.
• MS Office and computer skills.
• Positive mindset and willingness to learn.
• Able to communicate via official emails and work both independently and in a team.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate a process/equipment and conduct maintenance.
• Set-up and adjust equipment to ensure smooth flow of production.
• Perform daily production work, such as operate automated machines and perform production assembly works.
• Maintain good manufacturing practices and ensure zero non-conformance product.
• Perform line clearance and verify equipment, tools, parameters and BOM before starting work.
• Maintain 5’S and cleanliness on the work area.
• Maintain records for production data and ensure compliance with GDP.
• Support manufacturing engineers with technical production support to meet daily goals.
• Ensure EMS, QMS, cGMP and regulatory requirements are complied with in manufacturing activities.
• Support other processes and/or duties as assigned.

Job description

Summary

• Responsible for maintenance of equipment in production and provide support on process issues.

Responsibility

• Operate a process/equipment and conduct maintenance.
• Set-up and adjust equipment to ensure smooth flow of production.
• Perform daily production work, such as operate automated machines and perform production assembly works.
• Maintain good manufacturing practices all the time and ensure zero non-conformance product.
• Perform line clearance before starting a work and ensure:

1. the equipment/machine is qualified (e.g. within the validated maintenance/calibration date)
2. the tools are verified as per work instruction
3. all the process parameters are verified as per work instruction
4. the materials are verified as per BOM and ensure that there is no other materials in the work station

• Ensure 5’S and cleanliness on work area.
• Maintain proper records for production data and comply with GDP.
• Assist manufacturing Engineers in providing technical support to production to meet the daily production goals in terms of quality, output, yield and delivery.
• Maintain compliance of EMS, QMS, cGMP and regulatory requirements in manufacturing activities.
• Support other processes and/or other duties as assigned.

Requirement

• Nitec or Diploma in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering related disciplines or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of related work experience would be added an advantage.
• Good mechanical or industrial aptitude and knowledge.
• Work experience related to plastic extrusion or injection moulding would be added an advantage
• MS office skills and computer skills.
• Possess positive mind set and willingness to learn.
• Ability to speak, read and write official emails for communication
• Able to work independently and also work well with a team.
• Good knowledge of manufacturing processes on its documentation requirement and quality system.
