Job summary

Nordmann Singapore Pte. Ltd. invites applications for a Process Technician to operate and monitor chemical processes. You will document data, maintain proper labeling and segregation of materials, and perform routine checks and cleaning as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the chemical processes assigned.
• Record all operational and analytical data on the appropriate documents and inform the Senior Process Technician of any process abnormalities.
• Maintain material segregation and label containers, bags and vessels accurately.
• Carry out routine checks and scheduled cleaning procedures for process and facilities.
• Notify Senior Process Technician of maintenance requirements.
• Assist in alternate or simultaneous processes as directed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems during processing.
• Participate in pre-commissioning and chemical commissioning activities under supervision.
• Adhere to health & safety rules, cGMP and housekeeping at all times.
• Report to Plant Manager in absence of Plant Manager.

Position Overview:

To produce all products required on time and to the required quality in a safe environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor the chemical processes assigned.
• Record all operational and analytical data on the appropriate documents and inform the Senior Process Technician of any process abnormalities.
• Maintain material segregation and label appropriately and accurately all containers, bags and vessels.
• Carry out routine checks and scheduled cleaning procedures, for both process and facilities as required.
• Notify Senior Process Technician of requirement for maintenance.
• Carry out assignments for alternate or simultaneous processes as directed.
• Assist in trouble-shooting and resolving problems that arise during the processing.
• Participate in pre-commissioning and chemical commissioning activities as required under the direction of the Plant Manager and Senior Process Technician.
• Adhere to and comply with the company and departmental procedures, health & safety rules and regulations, cGMP and good housekeeping at all times.
• Any other duties as and when assigned by the Plant Manager.
• Reporting to Senior Process Technician in the absence of the Plant Manager.

Position Requirements:
