Job summary

A leading hearing aid company in Singapore is seeking a technician to manage machine setups, troubleshoot issues, and support software validation. Candidates should have a minimum NITEC in engineering with experience in manufacturing environments. Knowledge in medical manufacturing is preferred but not required. Job description

What you will do

• Perform test machine setup, validation, diagnosis of issues encountered and provide resolution of the issue
• Assist in preventive maintenance (PM) and calibration of test equipment, ensuring all activities are properly documented
• Support software verification and validation activities
• Perform weekly performance report
• Troubleshoot and analyze failure product (external/internal) and works with Engineers on the corrective and preventive action
• Streamlining of process as part of process improvement including documentation creation and update
• Support data collection/ analysis for trial run and process/ product improvement
• Conduct training based on identified test methodology/ procedure
• Handle purchasing, adjustment and shipment for global site support
• Inventory/ lab maintenance, 5S and EHS
• Support gas phase coating process
• Perform other/ ad hoc topic assigned

Requirements

• Min NITEC in any engineering courses
• Experienced in manufacturing environments
• Medical manufacturing industrial experience is preferable (Not compulsory)
• Basic knowledge of E&E, able to understand schematic drawing
