Job summary

LHN PARKING PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated on-site maintenance technician to support our car park systems in Singapore.

You will diagnose breakdowns, perform preventive maintenance, and replace parts to keep equipment running smoothly. You will coordinate with contractors, suppliers and customers, handle start-up works for new car parks, and document maintenance, testing and purchases. The role requires meticulous record-keeping and the ability to initiate purchase requisitions for spare parts

Responsibilities

• Day to day troubleshooting, diagnosing breakdown problems, and enhancing servicing on the car park system.
• Upkeep and perform preventive maintenance of parking equipment , replacement of parts and components at car park sites .
• Co - ordinate and follow up project on site.
• Resolving Technical issues with contractors, suppliers, vendors and customers.
• Involve in start-up works of new car parks and handling over of car parks. Example termination of telephone lines, arrange with contractor to install/ remove signs, coordination with contractors to install/dismantle equipment.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting of car park system.
• Documentation of maintenance and repair works, purchases, testing records.
• Initiate purchase requisition for spare parts, consumable items and works orders.
