Job summary

Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of equipment, machinery, systems, or facilities as assigned.
2. Attend to service calls, breakdowns, and emergency maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
3. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates safely and effectively.
4. Diagnose faults and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
5. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company procedures, safety regulations, and industry standards.
6. Complete assigned work orders, service reports, maintenance records, and other required documentation accurately and on time.
7. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, safe, and organized condition.
8. Monitor and report equipment conditions, defects, safety hazards, and maintenance requirements to supervisors.
9. Coordinate with supervisors, customers, contractors, and team members to ensure work is completed efficiently and professionally.
10. Attend assigned work sites and remain available during working hours to perform duties as required.
11. Comply with company attendance requirements, work schedules, and reporting procedures.
12. Assist in inventory control and the proper use of spare parts, materials, and consumables.
13. Participate in training programs and continuously improve technical knowledge and skills.
14. Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by management that are reasonably related to the position.
