Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to inspect and service carpark equipment, perform preventive maintenance, basic repairs, and keep accurate maintenance records. The role requires a NITEC and at least 2 years of maintenance experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

You will ensure equipment reliability and safety, following established procedures and using basic computer applications for reporting and communication. Weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• NITEC in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Willingness to work weekends/public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled inspections and diagnostic checks on carpark equipment to identify faults and maintenance needs.
• Perform preventive maintenance such as cleaning, lubrication and component replacements.
• Carry out basic troubleshooting and minor repairs to maintain equipment functionality.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance and parts used.
• Ensure activities comply with safety requirements and procedures.
