Job summary

P-PARKING INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD is seeking a maintenance technician to handle troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and on-site installation of parking equipment across multiple carparks in Singapore. The role requires documenting all work, updating software, and coordinating with contractors and vendors.

Candidates should have at least a diploma or equivalent and 2 years of relevant experience, with flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on troubleshooting experience in parking equipment or similar systems.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and parts replacement.
• Able to document maintenance and repair works clearly and accurately.
• Willingness to work across different sites and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting and rectification of ad-hoc jobs received.
• Upkeep and preventive maintenance of parking equipment at car park sites.
• Install/remove equipment at new/terminated carparks.
• Ad-hoc painting of car park equipment.
• Document maintenance, repairs, purchases, testing records, etc.
• Update software at site.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting of car park equipment.
• Assist in resolving issues with contractors, suppliers, vendors and customers.
• Any other duties as assigned by Manager.
• Able to work long term night shifts is preferred.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 2 year of relevant working experience is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in different location.
• Able to work on 3 rotating shifts including Weekends and Public holidays.
