Job summary

IoT Engineerings Bharat Private Limited in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Technician to manage cleanroom operations and logistics for high-value semiconductor parts. You will operate Polyflow cleaning equipment, handle inventory, coordinate external repairs, and maintain accurate ERP records while following strict cleanroom SOPs and PPE rules.

1–3 years of related experience and literacy in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Excel are preferred.

Qualifications

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering, Logistics/Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a semiconductor wafer fab, cleanroom, or high-tech manufacturing environment.
• Advance literacy in ERP/inventory systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to handle highly fragile, expensive components with extreme care.
• Comfortable working with chemical cleaning systems and wearing cleanroom suits (bunny suits).

Responsibilities

• Cleanroom & Equipment Operations: Safely handle, inspect, and clean fragile quartz and mechanical components using Polyflow automated washing machines according to SOPs.
• Inventory & Logistics Management: Manage the physical receipt, unpacking, and verification of incoming parts against documentation. Safely kit and issue parts to engineering teams.
• Repair Tracking: Coordinate the outbound logistics for parts requiring external vendor repair, including creating RMAs and tracking turnaround times.
• Data Integrity: Update the inventory management system (ERP/WMS) to reflect stock movements, repairs, and scrap.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to Class 10/100 cleanroom protocols, chemical safety guidelines, and PPE requirements.

This dual role requires precision in operating automated chemical cleaning equipment (Polyflow benches) and diligence in managing inventory controls, tracking external repairs, and maintaining accurate digital records.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleanroom & Equipment Operations: Safely handle, inspect, and clean fragile quartz and mechanical components using Polyflow automated washing machines according to strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Inventory & Logistics Management: Manage the physical receipt, unpacking, and verification of incoming parts against documentation. Safely kit and issue parts to engineering teams.
• Repair Tracking: Coordinate the outbound logistics for parts requiring external vendor repair, including creating RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations) and tracking turnaround times.
• Data Integrity: Promptly update the inventory management system (ERP/WMS) to reflect stock movements, repairs, and scrap. Maintain flawless digital records.
• Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to Class 10/100 cleanroom protocols, chemical safety guidelines, and proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
