Job summary
Corestaff Pte Ltd's client in Singapore seeks a Manufacturing Technician to support daily production, equipment maintenance and process operations in a cleanroom environment. You will operate production equipment, perform process conversions, troubleshoot issues, take precise measurements, assist with preventive maintenance and collaborate with Manufacturing and Engineering teams.
This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail, safety compliance, and teamwork in a fast-paced semiconductor
Qualifications
- Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma in Engineering or related field.
- Experience in semiconductor, PCB or substrate manufacturing is advantageous.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills; MES or ERP knowledge is advantageous.
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom and wearing PPE.
- Detail-oriented, responsible and a good team player.
Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment and support daily production runs
- Perform product and process conversions according to approved parameters
- Troubleshoot production issues and conduct basic root cause analysis
- Perform precision measurements and manual chemical analysis
- Carry out preventive maintenance on production equipment
- Monitor raw materials, chemicals and machine consumables
- Train operators according to SOPs and work instructions
- Work with Manufacturing and Engineering teams to resolve line issues
- Perform other duties as assigned
