Job summary

RE SOURCE PARTNERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Facilities Technician for our client, a global leader in commercial real estate services and investments, to join the building team in Singapore.

You will oversee contractors, respond to building issues, and help maintain M&E systems including chillers, ACMV and BMS. You should have at least 3 years in M&E trades, a Nitec in Engineering or related field, and strong troubleshooting and tenant-relations skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum Nitec in Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of working experience in M&E trades, including chiller systems.
• Proven technical expertise with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with tenants.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, manage, and accompany contractors during scheduled maintenance for various systems and functions within the building.
• Carry out technical tasks as an initial response to building issues.
• Manage and maintain Chiller System, ACMV, Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Perform routine maintenance on building systems.
• Perform minor repairs, change lighting, address power outages, and assist with moving and setting up spaces.
• Provide facilities management services for assigned buildings, including preventive maintenance, pest control, landscaping, and security management through appointed contractors and subcontractors.
• Investigate, assess, and analyze reported breakdowns and faults to identify their causes and prevent future issues.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor.
