Job summary

RN CARE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Facilities Management Technician to oversee daily operations in commercial buildings. This role requires addressing tenant needs, performing preventive and breakdown maintenance related to electrical and mechanical services, and managing ACMV systems.

The ideal candidate should possess a Nitec in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, alongside at least 2 years of relevant working experience. Shift work is required for this position.

Qualifications

• Min Nitec in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Min 2 years of working experience in facilities management/ ACMV.
• Rotating shift is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily operational activities in commercial buildings.
• Attend to tenants' enquiries and complaints.
• Perform technical support and maintenance for mechanical and electrical services.

• Responsible in performing preventive and breakdown technical support and maintenance formechanical/electrical services, plumbing & sanitary services, Aircon servicing and maintenance, ACMV systems, chillers, and electrical control
