• Conduct routine inspections and ensure systems are operating efficiently.
• Record and report defects or issues to supervisors.
• Support general maintenance and ad hoc facility-related duties.

This role is suited for technicians with hands-on facilities maintenance experience who are comfortable working in a shift-based environment.

Shift Pattern

• 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Day Shift)


• 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Night Shift)


• Rotation: 2 day shifts 2 night shifts off days

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or engineering


• Technical qualification: NTC / ITE / NITEC / Higher NITEC or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, Air-Con, Electronics, Building, or Facilities Management


• Strong hands-on experience in M&E or building maintenance preferred


• Able to work independently and respond to operational issues quickly


• Willing to work 5.5-day week and rotating shift schedule
