RRecruiter in Singapore is seeking an engineering professional to provide technical support for production, maintain equipment and drive improvements. The role covers preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and upgrade projects to ensure safety, quality and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in manufacturing/engineering, with knowledge of assembly processes and PLC/control systems, plus hands-on experience with automated equipment. Shift work may be required.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing/engineering.
• 1+ year in a cGMP environment.
• Knowledge of assembly processes and maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support to production to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Inventory objectives.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues and provide engineering support.
• Support equipment upgrades, modifications and improvement projects.
• Optimize assembly processes, equipment efficiency, production capacity, yield, quality and workplace safety.
• Participate in Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure all technical activities comply with company policies, safety standards and environmental requirements.

Location: Yishun

Working days: Monday - Friday

Working hours: 7am – 3pm, 3pm – 11pm, 11pm – 7am, 7.30am – 5.00pm and weekend/PH or any other shift as required by production

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to production to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Inventory objectives.

Requirements

• NTC/ITC in Engineering, Manufacturing or a related discipline.

• At least 3 years of manufacturing/engineering experience, including 1+ year in a cGMP environment.

• Knowledge of assembly processes and manufacturing equipment maintenance.

• Strong troubleshooting abilities and a collaborative team-oriented approach.

• Hands-on experience with automated equipment, particularly mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and PLC/control systems, is an advantage.
